COVID – 19 POLICY

Do not show up to an appointment if you are showing any symptoms at all of COVID/cold/cough/fever or anyone in your household or anyone you’ve been in close contact with is displaying symptoms.
Do not show up if you have been out of the UK in the past 14 days.
You will be turned away and your deposit will not be refunded.
Please cancel your appointment, if possible, within 48 hours notice and I will transfer your deposit to another date.

Arrive to your appointment on time. Please do not come early or late. If you are early you will be asked to wait outside. If you are 10 minutes or more late your treatment will need to be shortened, I need to ensure I do not run late as I have to carry out all necessary deep cleaning/disinfecting/sterilising that is required by my insurance before the next client arrives.

You must come to your appointment alone, no children, friends or family.

Please make sure that if you bring a coat/umbrella/ or anything other than the clothes you’re wearing that they fit in your handbag as I will not be touching any of your personal possessions.

When you arrive you will be asked to use a hand sanitizer. I will also use the no contact forehead thermometer to check the temperature.

I will be serving drinks in sustainable paper cups.

I will be wearing full PPE. I will be sanitising and cleaning in between every single client so appointment times will show longer than the actual treatment time as I have to add on time for cleaning when you leave.
Everything I have asked of you I will be doing myself.
